Over 45 years of non-destructive testing
Today, we are a well-established company in the non-destructive testing (NDT) sector. We provide a full range of services to industry. In ultrasonic testing, we offer conventional, Phased Array, TOFD, and FMC methods. We also perform radiographic and gammagraphic testing, magnetic particle testing, and liquid penetrant testing, as well as welding inspection and visual and dimensional testing. In addition, we offer on-site hardness testing, alloy identification, and localized heat treatments.
Ultrasonic testing (conventional, Phased Array, TOFD, and FMC) is one of our flagship services, thanks to our experience and modern equipment. We test welded pipes and structures, pressure vessels, forged or cast components, and other products made of metal or composite materials. Furthermore, thanks to our highly specialized technicians, we provide consulting as certified Level 3 technicians.
Who we serve
We operate both in small manufacturing industries and in large industrial plants and high-tech projects, such as the ITER nuclear fusion plant. The main areas of intervention are in the nuclear sector, both fusion and fission, thermoelectric and hydroelectric power generation, shipbuilding, the petrochemical sector and in large industrial plants, in particular paper mills.
Our technical staff
As of today, we have around 50 employees, who work in our operational units in Genoa, Massa, Remanzacco and Schio in a young, dynamic environment that is attentive to the training and professional growth of each member of its staff. Our technicians are present daily throughout the national territory, and frequently travel to Europe and the rest of the world, wherever our clients' sites are located.
